
About Caroline
Caroline Barker joined Kinon Law firm in August 2024. Caroline was born and raised in Conway, South Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 2020. After graduating from college, Caroline attended the Charleston School of Law.
During law school, Caroline served on the Law Review Editorial Board and the Moot Court Executive Board. Caroline earned CALI awards (the highest grade in the class) in Evidence, Sales, Intermodal Transportation Law, and Public International Law. Caroline graduated with honors in the top 5 of her law school class. Caroline also volunteered at One80 Place homeless shelter’s legal clinic where she aided homeless individuals with various legal matters and was recognized at her law school graduation for performing over 100 hours of pro bono service.
Following law school, Caroline served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court. Caroline is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. She is involved in the SC Association for Justice and the Coastal Inn of Court.
Caroline prides herself on being a zealous advocate and is dedicated to serving the people of her hometown. She focuses her practice on helping victims and families who have been affected by the negligence of others.
